Calendar 2011 - 2012

End of the year celebration. Spanish Honor Society Initiation for the Students in the Middle and Upper School. Report cards and Certificates distributed.

Time: 8:30 for teachers
9:00 for students
9:30 for parents setting up
10:00 The show begins!

Parents with children in grades Pre-k-2nd organize the setting-up.
Parents with children in 3rd grade help at the food and drink table.
Parents with children in the Intermediate/Middle/Upper School help with the cleaning-up.

Parents bring a meal or refreshments to share (5 people). All dishes must be ready to eat. No microwave or oven available.

Pre-K: paper goods (100 plates, 100 cups, 100 forks/spoons).
Kinder and First grade: a main course.
Second and Third grade: fruits, salads and desserts.
Intermediate/Middle/ Upper School: bottled water, juice and other refresments (each child brings 3 bottles/ 18 cans).

Summer vacation begins at 12:30.
