Theater Workshop Stage/microphone rehearsal. Report card preparation.

Time: 8:30 for teachers.
9:00 for students.
Classes resume.
End of the year celebration. Report cards distributed and signed by parents. Certificates distributed.
Date: June 12
Time: 8:30 for teachers
9:00 for students
10:00 for parents not setting up.
Parents with children in grades Pre-k-3rd organize the setting-up.
Parents with children in grades 4-5 help at the food and drink table.
Parents with children in the Middle/Upper School help with the cleaning-up.
Parents bring a meal or refreshments to share (5 people). All dishes must be ready to eat. No microwave or oven available.
Pre-K: paper goods (100 plates, 100 cups, 100 forks/spoons)
Kinder: a main course.
First grade: fruits and crackers.
Second and third grade: desserts.
Fourth and fifth: a salad.
Middle school: bottle water/juice
Upper school: other refreshments.
Summer vacation begins at 12:30.
